    Seriously, every single time in this life that I have turned down an opportunity to have sex (or other related activities) with an attractive woman, I have regretted it. And not once have I had sex and later regretted it.

    I think once the topic has come up, the problems are there. It will still be on your mind and on hers. Might as well have some fun before it goes bad.
