Question about Philly cheesesteaks

    Thought about that after I asked. They're hard to find down here in Dixie, though. You have to make do with what you've got.
    And I followed this recipe for dinner tonight, thanks largely to this thread.

    Went there today, to check products for accuracy ... and eat. They say "All ingredients direct from Philadelphia, even the rolls!"
    Indeed, they are amoroso rolls, Wise chips, Tastykakes (frosting still sticking to the wrapper), and Frank's Soda. Also, Rolling Rock and Pennsylvania Dutch Birch Beer (never heard of this) in the cooler. On the tables Old Bay Seasoning Salt.
    Place was mobbed at lunchtime, but I didn't see anybody get cheezewhiz.
