pyrrhic victory

    I remember talking to a source when I covered the satellite launch industry used the term Pyrrhic victory. I had to ask him what that meant so I could understand it for myself.

    As far as I'm concerned, don't use $14 words. Say what you mean. That's my take as a managing editor of a newspaper and I'll stick with it.
