Putting the blame on the wrong person

    Two TV helicopters collided in Phoenix trying to cover a high-speed carjacking chase. The car jacker was apprehended but Phoenix Police Chief Jack Harris suggested the suspect could “be held responsible for any of the deaths from this tragedy.”
    That's not right.
