Putin: U.S. orchestrated Georgia conflict

Discussion in 'Sports and News' started by DemoChristian, Aug 28, 2008.

  1. Obviously I'm pretty distrusting of the president, but even to me this sounds pretty outrageous.
However, I don't consider it out of the realm of possibility.

    Utter. Fucking. Bullshit.

  7. When a jackass like Putin is deemed more credible than Bush, that's proof some of you have jumped the shark.

Georgia’s invasion of South Ossetia was absurd to begin with. I, however, doubt that it was orchestrated by a Republican administration hoping that it will help McCain.

I don't think the U.S. "orchestrated" the conflict.

But I think it's pretty clear that people in this administration and people close to McCain were advising Saakashvili to poke Russia in the eye and told him that we'd have their back.

Putin called the bluff and we had no response.

  11. I'm sure you'll have a release ready for BO before his speech tonight.

More likely, Putin understands what sort of explosive, crazed bastard McCain is, and doesn't want any part of him as President... and planted this.

    But... unbelievable? Dubya?

    Riiiiiiiiiiiiight.
