I like this responsibility -- Manage Driver/Owner Motorhome Lot

    does it include tailgating preparation.

No. It means make sure everyone has enough room for their huge tricked out motorhome, their four-wheelers, their golf carts, their hangers-on, their cars, etc. Also, don't park them near their enemies. Oh, and make sure everyone gets an awesome spot because if you put Junior by the fence or Tony in a corner, watch out.

that is not as fun as tailgate planner.

Without a doubt. It should just say "Babysitter for sponsors, drivers."

why does that fall under this umbrella? can you really manage that lot AND do the other stuff during race weekends? Seems like a very random responsibility just tossed in there.

Well, all of that is done months out. You just have to make sure to diagram out the lot so the guard working there knows where to put people.

But yeah, this is not an easy job. You do, however, get free access to the 'dega infield. Which is worth millions, either in entertainment or future therapy.

Anyone else see this job as weird simply because it is a big time job but they list only 1-2 years of experience? And that isn't even strictly in P.R. either. Seems like this job could command the big boys in P.R. and thus only want people with 5+ years in P.R. applying?

Probably because the pay won't be all that great, not for the number of hours they'll expect you to work ...

It's a "coordinator" position and reports to a "manager".

That means it doesn't pay much.

I didn't read the ad closely. It looks like they broke Kristi's job into two jobs. This would be the lower level of the two.

Do you get to man a table and hand out keychains and other tschotskes during races?
