Proposed college football rule changes for 2014

    Fucking tool. Politicizing a kid's death, which, by the way, did not occur in a game or practice.

    If Bielema is worried about kids dropping dead on the field maybe he should quit pumping them full to the gills on steroids.

    Troy Calhoun and his rules committee at it again in trying to negate the spread. This time around they are attacking
    the run / pass combo plays that many uptempo teams like to run. The proposed rule would require O linemen to
    stay within 1 yd of LOS as opposed to the 3 yds it is now. Teams that run combos will have linemen block run
    but QB also has option to pass. Not being able to go downfield further takes away a big decoy.
