don't expect more than 45K - trust me. still not a bad entry level job if you are fresh out of college.

I worked in the Atlanta office, not NYC, so I can't speak to the salary part, but this is a pretty accurate summary of the job itself. And yes, event days are nightmares, especially if whoever is the supervising producer on duty is a perfectionist.

Probably closer to $60,000 than $5

Doesn't sound too complicated. When do I start?

    In NYC?

Wouldn't you need two other jobs just to break even?

You'll edit anything written by the magazine's staff that was produced specifically for the site - i.e. mailbags, Q&A's, regular features such as MMQB and the like. And this is definitely NOT an entry-level job.

  9. I'm kind of surprised to see only two years minimum of experience is required. Like lisa_simpson said, it's definitely not an entry level job. Am I wrong for being surprised they aren't requiring more experience?

subconsciously confusing it with something else?

    Web producer Si.com +
    Web producer NJ.COM =
    WEB PRODUCER SportsJournalists.com

OR NI.com, but that just wouldn't make any sense.

I don't think they've hired in Atlanta yet. They have started interviews.
