I don't get the Hall of Fame love for Craig at all. He had two really good back-to-back seasons in 88 and 89 and another 1,000-yard year earlier in his career. For a guy who played only 11 seasons I just don't see it even when you take into account his receiving.

He was AP Offensive POY in 1988. So for that year you could say it was him. Herschel Walker and Eric Dickerson were also in the conversation.

From 85-89 he was pretty damn good, although I'm not sure he was considered THE best.

Craig suffered from the prejudice back then that runners who were good pass catchers were somehow less valuable than pure runners. It took Marshall Faulk to blow that away.

I don't think he gets in either. I would put Davis in ahead of him easily.

I just hope the senior committee fixes an injustice and puts Jerry Kramer in - longtime overdue.

Senior committee candidates this year are Claude Humphrey and Ray Guy.

Kramer was last a senior's nominee in 1997, his 10th time as a finalist

    Mick Tingelhoff deserves consideration.

    Not mysterious.
The Selection Committee has amply shown it doesn't know dick about linemen.
Right on par with this board's demonstrated knowledge of pro football history.
