Pro athletes Achilles' heels

Vinny's Achilles tendon will always have a place in my heart. Going into the '99 season, he was the starting quarterback for my fantasy football team. First quarter, week one, he blows out his Achilles. Despondent, I turn to the waiver wire to find a new QB. The only starter out there was some yokel for the Rams named Kurt Warner.
