    The original on the BBC was pretty good. For that reason I have a feeling that I'm going to hate it. The Office is far enough from the original BBC one that it felt like a different show, but I remember Coupling.

    Looking through the list there were a lot of "based on BBC format" shows in development.

    I would've said that too, 2B ... two years ago.

    But the turn she took in the Freddie Prinze Jr. comedy was just so sit-com formulaic, it kind of turned me off to her (always-half-drunk sister-in-law).
