Plus, Obama doesn't want the country to know that he met Michelle at an Eazy-E concert in 1988.

I knew my wife was the one when I read her Biofile.

He certainly did not meet her at a topless bar.

To be fair, the Eazy-E concert was at Harvard. He had a huge Boston fan base.

I'd respect that more than I would phony modesty.

According to legend, something similiar to that actually happened, prior to Mary Todd. Lincoln met this one woman named Mary Owens, who was visiting his town, and liked her. She went back home for a while, and they wrote letters to each other.

A few years passed, Lincoln suggested marriage, and she came to visit again. Only she gained a ton of weight and lost most of her teeth. Honest Abe started acting like an asshole to her to get her to call it off, and she eventually did.

Owens was in between Ann and Mary Todd.

Supposedly, Lincoln always had a big spot in his heart for Ann, even when he was married.

Wait. You're telling me the George Costanza character is based on Abe Lincoln?

And this hits on exactly what it is, doesn't it?

"Hey, I'm a regular Joe Six Pack. Just like the rest of you. Hell, I couldn't even convince my wife to marry me until I asked her 10 times! Imagine a woman like that with a schlup like me! I'm just a regular ol' Joe like the rest of you, but I'm persistent and I'm in the position I'm in because I work so hard."
