I am in Paris right now. My hotel is like a mile from the site of the shooting. Was out all day toiday walking around and life here continues without a blip. People are pissed, but they're not scared.

 

Any coffee updates for @YankeeFan ?

I mean it's not exactly Chicago.

 

We need food updates.

 

I am going to have some leftover pizza for lunch. And a salami sandwich. And maybe some chocolate pudding.

 

Salami doesn't seem so popular the last 15-20 years.

 

It goes with the pizza.

BTW, a dog that falls off the Eiffel Tower is known as a French puddle.

 

I thought it goes with the sandwich. Unless you're putting the sandwich on the pizza. Which would still be better than pineapple.

 

Not sure how I feel about the reboot of "Iron Chef America"

The first ep of "Veep" sucked.

The place we stayed at in Paris was in the first ring of buildings around the Eiffel Tower. Stunning view.

 

I didn't really have enough pizza, so I threw together some other stuff. The salami seemed to go with the pizza. There is actually some other stuff on the sandwich, too. Some cheese, maybe. I was in sort of a haze this morning.

 

The only worse shithole than Paris is San Francisco. Though SF has a better view.
