Two responses: He isn't arguing in court he won; he's arguing there were improprieties. He's losing because the evidence he's bringing is half-assed and can't stand up. Trump's whole shtick is to sue until the other guy gives up. He never has to actually win, just out last.

And two, the election isn't the only thing Trump has done in the last four years, but his pettiness has taken this from a let's move on to a throw the book at him. And is all he doing is throwing a tantrum? Some people in Michigan drinking at his hotel bar seems a little suspicious. And what about Graham allegedly trying to pressure SOS to throw out results? What else are they doing? That's why DOJ needs to investigate.

Just HAVING the meeting with the Michigan legislators is a federal crime if they discussed the election AT ALL.

Federal judges are not idiots or stooges.

If there really isn’t any evidence, they smack it down really fast. No matter the slickness of lawyers.

Those appointed in the last 4 years are decidedly idiots and stooges. Especially stooges. McConnell and Trump have dumbed down the federal judiciary.

No need to chant "Lock him up." Just let the prosecutors, state and federal, do their jobs. It does not require the Dems to make it a campaign issue, and tactically it's a mistake if they do. If people in Trump's administration broke the law and land in jail, it's because they did something illegal, not because they're a political opponent.

No, you don't prosecute him for throwing a tantrum... but prosecute a postmaster general who intentionally slowed the mails to spike mail in votes. You prosecute insider trading. You prosecute violations of election law, legitimate charges, you don't crank up a kangaroo court in Congress. There has been a ton of stuff that wasn't just violation of political norms but law breaking for personal or political gain.

But perhaps not the Christian definition of the bible... perhaps the word of any God... or, you know, just a personal
