If the EV tally is 350+ as I think it will be, Trump won't be able to afford paying his lawyers for the challenges. Neither will the GOP. I ain't skeered. Bring it.

That's Biden's ceiling unless Texas and Georgia flip, which would make it 400.

America needs to pull the chain and flush this turd.

 

In theory, this should precipitate instant mass resignations from HHS.

If you go by polls (yeah yeah I know polls), Biden has a lock on 278 votes and the only states viewed as in play are Arizona, Ohio, Florida, Georgia and North Carolina. Everything else has essentially been appointed red or blue with Biden leading 278-169

And with 42 days to the election, the average lead in those five states is
Biden leads Florida 48-45
Georgia is tied
Biden leads Arizona 48-42
Biden leads North Carolina 46-44
Trump leads Ohio 48-47

If you give Georgia to Trump, Biden still would get to 333. He gets Ohio and goes over 350. He gets Georgia he falls just short.

 

350 isn't going to happen. Georgia isn't going to flip. Ohio might not either. Even North Carolina isn't a lock to go blue as it stands right now. It's likely going to be 319 or 320 depending how the single votes in Nebraska and Maine go. Arizona is trending blue. Florida might be blue but polls have been tight. Wisconsin and Michigan are all but locks. Penn is trending well but isn't a lock. We'll see. Hell this court pick might have a galvanizing effect for conservatives and push this election closer. Of course Dems are pissed as donations in the last 72 hours have shown. Fingers crossed.
