    Nope. One of the most abhorrent things I've seen in politics. Shame on Obama for not saying, "Absence of a 'no' vote on Merrick Garland will be interpreted as a 'yes,' and if no hearing or vote is concluded by 'X' date, I will walk Justice Garland to the Supreme Court building and seat him myself."

    Advise and consent.

    “The Senate says they won’t hold a vote on Merrick Garland,” President Obama said. “I will take that as the Senate advising that Judge Garland is so qualified that he doesn’t even need confirmation, and that since they haven’t said no, they are consenting to his appointment.”

    Problem solved.

    So Falwell Jr. deleted the IG post with the woman and cocktail. Several former Liberty students pointed out they’d be disciplined by the college for posting that photo.
