    Exactly. He lives for the rallies and photo ops like the West Point graduation. Hell, he even turned the last State of the Union speech into a freaking game show, and that was before giving Limbaugh the medal. Unable to deal with anything that varies from the script.

    I don't think Trump will simply quit. But I'm ambivalent about whether I want that. I fear that Pence, who is a true believer in turning this country into a theocracy, will be greeted with gratitude and given a chance. Anything he does to actually combat the Trumpandemic will look like heroism compared with Trump.
    The benefit of having Trump in the job now is that you can run against him. If he bolts, Biden actually has to wage a campaign.
    Again, I don't think any of this will happen. SCOTUS just sided with Texas' voter-suppression efforts, a ruling that kills off the slight chance the state was in play.
