Ha, an Oregon Republican. That's laughable. Merkley won his last Senate election by nearly 300,000 votes, against a semi-credible opponent. He'll win this one by 400,000 against this crackpot. The GOP is essentially a non-factor in our state, its won only one statewide election in about the last 30 years.

"Tenet", the new Christopher Nolan, is scheduled to premier on July 17, intended to be the first big film of the summer. We'll see what happens between now and then.

    The last lines:

After Kemp cancelled the election, Beskin filed to run for a different seat on the court. Beskin is challenging Justice Charles Bethel, who was appointed in 2018, and she is calling on Bethel to promise not to resign if she unseats him in November.

The court’s recent decision could allow Bethel to resign if he loses next month’s election, which was postponed because of the pandemic, and let Kemp choose his successor instead.
