    A question for the constitutional legal eagles around here: Since the Senate voted on impeachment trial rules, whether to have witnesses, etc. and a majority is needed to approve anything, what happens if the vote is 50-50? Does Pence get to vote on the rules for his boss’ trial?

    Earl Warren had been governor of California for 10 years before being elevated to the court and presiding over arguably its most transformational period on modern times.
