    The quote doesn't specify 'easy.'

You have a majority in both houses of Congress, and the senior leadership of the opposing party on tape saying they want some sort of border barrier, and you still can't make a deal?

"Trump has encouraged Brexit, talked about dismantling NATO(including disparaging new member, Montenegro), actively sought to weaken the European Union, said that Crimeans were happier under Russian occupation, moved to turn Syria over to Russian domination, followed Russian advice to stop military exercises with South Korea, sought to re-include Russia in the G8, slow-walked congressionally mandated sanctions of Russia, complained about reprisals that he has approved, and repeatedly accepted Putin’s denials that Russia intervened in the election. He’s also had repeated private meetings with Putin without witnesses present."

But other than all of those things, there's no evidence of collusion.

at some point it has to become obvious even to the droolers and the mouthbreathers that they voted poorly

They ARE happier. I know that really ticks people off -- that people are actually happier (imagine that) -- but it's true. Get over your goddamn butthurt and be happy for them, for crying out loud.

    NPR's Moscow Correspondent Lucian Kim:

BTW, the interview was in January 2017. The "economic hardship" he described was due in large part to the land connection to Ukraine being cut, which caused logistical problems and prices to rise. The recently completed bridge connecting Crimea to Russia has fixed that for the most part.
