Anything, news, sports, politics, personal if you wish.

I think the corporates, fresh from freedom of taxation, will export more jobs and the ruling elite will cut more services, tighten more belts, and then moan when the working class cries they can't foot the bill on their personal credit cards. Republicans who weren't tea partiers will earmark their way to a bad defeat in 2012, but that's another year.

I also think Cliff Lee will spend half the season on the DL.

Jerry Jones won't change his ways.

Brett Favre will wait until July to announce he's retiring.

Kansas and Kansas State will bolt for the Big East, Missouri, Texas, Texas A&M and Notre Dame will join the Big 10 plus 2. Oklahoma and Oklahoma State will join the SEC and Texas Tech the Pac-10 with BYU. Thus, the final foot falls on conference realignment.

The NBA won't start the 2011-12 season until Jan. 1, 2012. Wait, that's another year.

Three major cities will go bankrupt by April and China will buy up assets of those cities.

UConn women pass the 100 consecutive wins mark.

I predict everyone of Ragu's 2011 posts will be longer than this one.

No matter who makes the playoffs or wins the World Series, it will be proof that baseball is so fucked up that it's on the verge of collapse.

The newspaper industry will continue to shed jobs.

There will be gridlock in Congress, and no major legislation will take place.

Derek Jeter will spend a considerable portion of the season on the DL and Eduardo Nunez will establish himself as an excellent player, making Joe Girardi's head spin when Jeter gets off the DL.

Celtics will beat Heat in the conference finals, as neither LeBron nor Wade steps up to be the man.
