    You're missing the point entirely.

    Contraception is one thing. Abortion is another. They are medical terms. They refer to distinctly different medical processes.

    They are not the same thing. And just because someone's warped moral compass might tell them that both are wrong doesn't mean that they are, in fact, the same thing.

    And there are people trying to argue that they are the same thing scientifically, and not just morally. I can point you to the Web sites, if you'd like.

    You're the one who's missing the point, though. People who say they "are the same thing" mean they believe both are wrong. To that person, they both constitute murder of an unborn, so they are on equal moral footing. It's really that simple.

    It's kind of like arguing the differences between robbery and burglarly with someone who puts them on equal moral footing. That person might say, "They're both stealing. They're the same." Arguing the differences between the two misses the point.
