    My favorite Altman movie, by far, is O.C. & Stiggs. I rarely ever meet anyone who's heard of it though.

    Wow! That baseball didn't just leave the stadium, it travelled right around the world and ended up hitting westcoastvol right in the back of the head as he was staring after it, wondering how it had disappeared so quickly.

    "California Split" . . . the best gambling/buddy movie ever made.

    As long as we're talking about great tracking shots in movie history (the opening of "The Player," the Copa scene in "Goodfellas"), what about the opening to Orson Welles' "Touch of Evil." Now that's an opening!
