    oh, they have the communication skills. just lack the spine.
     
  2. If I go in for an interview and don't hear anything in two weeks or so, I'm going to call until I get an answer either way ... might as well save everyone the trouble.

    Even a form letter from the hiring editor is better than a form letter from HR!
