    The sheriff is an asshole, but the reporter wrote one hell of a story. Hope she doesn't get laid off.

    Funny is not an adjective that I would use in the heading of this thread.

    Where is the compassion? Obviously that poor ladies life was in that trailer. It's a sad day to think that more would not want to help this poor lady.

    The picture says it all - it took 10 minutes to leave a lifetime in schredds all over the highway.

    No humor here.

    Loretta Lynn was a grandmother at age 29. You can look it up. Coincidentally, or not, she hails from rural Kentucky.

    Definitely not unheard of. I won't say it's not rare, because that makes it sound like it's prevalent. But I've heard of early 30s grandparents.

    Not really - once Sheriff made the decision it took about 10 minutes for the tractors to topple the trailer on it's side.

    I dated a girl many years ago who as of last month is a 32-year-old grandmother. Her mother is, at 51, a great-grandmother.
