    I'm glad I didn't watch because it's almost painful for me to see Federer lose. I so admire his game, prettiest tennis I've ever seen, and the way conducts himself off the court.

    Federer will surpass Sampras' slam record, but he won't obliterate it. Don't forget, at 25, Federer is peaking right now. Tennis players don't last too long past 28 or so, at least not at the level Federer's at, so the clock is beginning to tick.

    That said, you can probably go ahead and pencil him in for at least three more Wimbledon titles.
