Not sure how many of you have seen this video, but I'm sure that by the end of the day everyone will at least have heard of this. This guy ABSOLUTELY LEVELS a player on the opposing team after a late hit. What a complete tool, and more evidence that parents shouldn't be allowed to coach

This to me gets chalked up as parents taking rec league way to far.

Looks to me like the kid could dish it out, but couldn't take it. He had pads on. [/extreme sarcasm]

A Woody Hayes sighting? Was the opposing team wearing orange with a tiger paw?

Seriously, some coaches need to get a grip - on the team, the situation and, most of all, themselves.

You don't see soccer parent/coaches doing this... and you don't see the American men winning World Cups either.

It was proved conclusively by several board members this summer that American soccer kids are wimps. A few more forearms to the jaw and we can start to toughen up these soccer kids.

Most of the soccer kids are nice, Poin. But there are a lot more with a mean streak than you think.

It's not the rec league soccer kids you have to watch, it's the high schoolers... A collegue can confirm, but there was almost a brawl between groups of parents at a boys soccer game last year.
    We await the rematch.
