Polls show Edwards strongest candidate in general election

    I'd have to disagree with your characterization of Edwards as an unknown. He's been in national politics for a long time and was the VP candidate the last go-round. In terms of presidential candidacy and qualifications, Obama is far more of an unknown to the general public.

    Well, not exactly. Ask Al Gore about getting a better percentage of the votes in 2000. It's all about which states you win.

    Ah, Chicago. Vote early, vote often.

    One of the things that could scare people is if... and this is a big if... some scandal takes place with Hillary or Obama in office. People would worry that it'd set the women's or the minority movement back years.
