    1. Richt can't justify this, since he was the guy physically shoving players off Vandy's logo two weeks ago.
    2. The ploy did nothing to help Georgia win the game, since Florida got a short field on the kickoff, and scored.
    3. Richt strikes me as one of these coaches who can't decided his own identity. Is he the emotional type to fire them up? Is he calm and cool under fire. Is he a stern disciplinarian? Is he a player's coach?

    1. that was vandy although he can't say that
    2. it had a lot to do with georgia winning the game. and, florida got a shorter field. but it was still their own 33, which is about where they started most of their drives
    3. no, he's been very much the same, that's what made his actions on saturday so successful, because it was so out of character

If you can't beat a team without resorting to some chickenshit stunt do you really deserve to win?

There shouldn't be any further punishment, even though it was a classless move that made Richt like a colossal hypocrite after his actions post-Vandy. It also will be a huge rallying point for UF for next season, when the Dogs play what should be a much improved UF (assuming Tebow is healthy next year, of course. UF loses no one of note besides Caldwell, their center, and Harvey on defense) without a bye week again and the week after a road game with LSU. Good luck with that.

Actually, UF played LSU two weeks before UGA. It had Kentucky last week.

I must not have made myself clear - next year UGA will play LSU in Baton Rouge the week before they play UF.

My bad. I guess I misread it.

It wasn't like he put itching powder in Tebow's jock or grew the grass at Jacksonville several inches taller (coughNotreDamecough). Watch the rest of the game. Georgia continued to punch Florida in the mouth without any "stunts."

(Putting on Florida fanboy hat... graduated from there, so not like i jumped on the bandwagon)

Notice one person who refused comment about the stunt was Urban Meyer. But when given a chance, say next year, to run it up a little bit, just wait... It will get ugly in a hurry, and it will be done with class.
