    It happened in PG county. He's lucky he didn't get tasered or the shit beaten out of him.

    Any speed that's not within 10% of prevailing traffic can be considered "dangerous," although I'd say that's the fault of the speeders and not the guy going 58.

    Cop should have probably just given him a warning.
