    KSTP TV news airs bizarre report about "gang signs" and the mayor, but it's painfully obvious it's just an innocent pointing gesture. Of course, it now goes viral.

    I'm going to take a wild stab that this middle-aged white lady with the obvious gang affiliation is also someone who favors cutting back on police pensions.
