So this yokel in Minnesota gets the great idea that he could make some cash by blackmailing 23 teachers and coaches by telling them child porn would be planted against them, and they'd face allegations of sexual misconduct against students. If they paid him 1,000 bucks, they'd be okay. In a move that would make Robert Hanssen proud, they were to tape the money beneath benches in metro parks. Police say there's no evidence his claims have any validity.
