How do people post tildes, accents, umlauts on message boards?

 

Do you have a mac or pc or are you using your phone? Two are easy, the PC is a pain in the ass.

 

Only under a doctor's supervision.

 

I was on a PC, but I never bother, even on the phone when it is just holding a virtual button a little longer.
