    Jersey-style defense arguing Part 2:
    * 33-year old teacher is facing charges of sexual assault, official misconduct, child endangerment and criminal sexual contact in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred between January and June of 2013. Teacher is also accused of sexual conversations and sexual contact with a 16-year-old male student.
    * Defense attorney wants to bar the use of her text-message exchanges with a former student on grounds they would be "unduly prejudicial" in her sexual assault case.
    "I can't effectively cross-examine" text messages, attorney Stephanie Forbes argued.
