Substitute English teacher outside of Pittsburgh has sex with two 18-year-old boys after their classes had ended, but before they participated in graduation ceremonies. Her lawyer says they were no longer students, but the school and legal people disagree:

Pretty sure that's not true.

 

How about "Only in America be charged with two felonies for having consensual sex with other adults who are of a different gender?"

Interesting case. Seems hard to try to throw the book at a woman that has sex with two males that were of age.
I get the whole "well she was their teacher at the time" thing, but...come on. Adults. All of them.

 

She looks nice. Case dismissed.

 

I can't help but to think there is something more to it because I have seen more than once a teacher having sex with an 18-year-old student and have nothing worse happen then being fired.
