Here is what I don't get. He's 16. Seems like he initiated the relationship. She's 23. It's against the law but she's not so much older that it's creepy or like she is taking advantage of the situation.

So why does the kid rat her out? Seems like they have a lot of detail in the story. I think I might have kept my mouth shut.
