    Can I point out that Tom Cruise looks like he doesn't realize or care that he has Kelly McGillis draped all over him in that photo?

    The Daily Mail story is a true rarity in that the mug shot looks better than the shot pulled from social media.

    That is an ironic photo in hindsight: The one on the left came out in 2009, and we've all heard the rumors about the one on the right.
