N.J. teacher accused of sex with student 30 years ago placed on leave

No photo of her with the story but I'm trying to find one

 

The sexual relationship lasted nine years, and then, he claims, she had control over him for another 15 years!? Come on....

 

This was one of the comments left on the teacher's page at RateMyTeachers.com:

 

Apparently, she WAS easy at some point.

 

This may never have happened before on a Poin Files thread, but she was my HS Spanish teacher. I moved to NJ in 9th grade from the Midwest and it was a rough move - absolute culture shock and my new school was an awful place full of miserable old-school teachers mailing it in. She was my favorite teacher that year - very sweet, kind and understanding and extremely professional. And a great teacher. This was a year before she allegedly got involved with "J.D." - who, based on the article, would have been a year ahead of me. I had her again for Spanish 3. Needless to say I'm shocked by the allegations and I hope they're not true. I also have an idea who JD might be (the article gives enough away that it's not tough to figure it out). He was a nice kid - and is the last person I would have expected. Her too - she was young and attractive (more cute than hot) but certainly didn't project a sexual air.
