That Jevon Kearse would have a superb pro career.

Saw Phillip Rivers in high school and thought he was overrated.

It appears I was wrong about Eli. I thought he'd be mediocre at best, but you'd have to put him among the second tier of quarterbacks right now. Off the top of my head, he's probably in the top 6 or 7. Maybe that's more an indictment of the current crop of QBs, I don't know.

I was also wrong about Ron Dayne. I thought he was going to be pretty damn good.

And no, I'm not a Giants fan.

    Desmond Howard
    Tim Couch
    Cam Newton
    Phil Savage with the Browns
I also thought the Buffalo Bills would be a playoff contender this year, though I knew they'd have trouble in that division. For more than a month I was right.

There's been numerous baseball pitchers I thought would be good who weren't.

  10. Thought Garrett Gilbert was going to be a stud for Texas
Said Art Briles would regret going for the bigger paycheck at Baylor and would probably be fired in 3 years
Liked the Dolphins hiring of Cam Cameron (Yeah, I don't admit that one too much)
Was also dead wrong about Tim Couch

Was not overly impressed with Aaron Rodgers when he left Cal. Something was off about him throughout his senior year. Then... well that happened.
