Plain Dealer outs judge as anonymous poster

    That's exactly why many places purposely don't monitor/censor comments.

    MacDaddy is right. You can't touch a comment. Once you do, said comment becomes an editorial product. The editorial entity is then civilly liable.
    I believe in reader comments. Plenty of "flagging" and "reader reported violation" software options.
    For those who think "hits" are the reason for reader comments are in error. Any Omniture Report will tell you the single reason is "time spent." Time spent is a huge sell for advertisers.

    It's now on the docket of former Cleveland Brown linebacker Dick Ambrose. Yes, he's now a well-respected judge after earning his law degree while finishing up his playing career.
