Sausage, mushroom, onion, green pepper is pizza.

Start putting stuff like pineapple and ham and chicken and canadian bacon (that's just ham, anyway) on it and it might taste fine, but it's no longer pizza.

No more ham and pineapple for me. I've switched it up. Keep the pineapple, but instead of ham go with bacon and then add jalapenos. BEST PIZZA EVER!

I'm partial to a supreme -- mushrooms, onion, green pepper, ham, sausage, pepperoni and black olives. I can do without the pepperoni and olives, but you're kind of stuck with them when order the supreme.

If it's just a topping or two, it's mushrooms and onions.

More like pizza crust with mac and cheese cooked onto it. Divine ambrosia.

I've had jalapeno on a pizza. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Bacon I can take or leave. Pineapples...ewwww! Shrimp? Not as good a fit as one would imagine.

Pepperoni and green olives. Add in onions on occasion.

Also am in the minority that like anchovies.

Nobody is more enraged by nontraditional toppings than New Yorkers and Chicagoans.

Pizza is the ONE thing I am a snob about. I was around pizza in college - delivered it for four years there and made more $$$ in slingin' pizzas than I did in my first four years in journalism.

Life is too short for mere pepperoni or sausage.

What works for this pizza snob:
    - Pesto, Spinach, Mushroom
    - Ham and Pineapple
    - Papa Murphy's Artichoke Bacon Chicken...without the Bacon
    - Gyro meat, cucumber sauce and tomatoes
    - Chicken fajita-style

    Yup.

I've never been to Chicago, but I have been to NY and I have had pizza there. Not nearly as good as they want you to believe. I can get pizza just as good, or better, from any number of places within 5 miles of my house.

Edit: I like how you think, ex. I love trying just about anything on a pizza. Everything you listed is -- or sounds -- delicious.
