Pistachio ice cream, WTF?

Bubbler, if you just need a pistachio fix, but it doesn't have to be ice cream, try Jell-o instant pudding. It's not half bad and it's a heckuva lot healthier.

 

1 package of pistachio jello mix
1 container of Cool Whip
1 can of crushed pineapple, drained

Mix it all together. My friends call it "green shit". It's delicioso~

 

my mom made that with lime jello, added cream cheese to the mix instead of cool whip. I called it Spock's puke and wouldn't eat it.

Y'all are a bunch of pistachio haters. I think many of you are transferring understandable childhood hatred of pistachio pudding, which is indeed an evil brew of chopped pistachios and infected snot, and placing it upon the ice cream, which is quite good.

I hate chocolate milk, hot cocoa, hot chocolate, etc., but I like chocolate, uh, other stuff. It's all in the chocolaty nuance. Same for pistachio.

So I blame all of you for its grocery demise. Haters to the core.

 

I had almost the exact same experience a couple weeks back trying to find butter pecan.
