No, the guy doesn't have a leg to stand on, and I think he knows it. Otherwise, he'd have threatened to sue Daly.

That being said, the scrutiny bullseye on Daly is growing on him like his belly. Unless the guy was touching him or getting ready to touch him, Daly overreacted. And with a guy like Daly, the story is never how he golfs but how he acts on the course (and sometimes off it). So the second he grabbed the camera, he had to know how it would play out.
