    I don't let others control me, Sonner. As long as I can control my gag reflex (NO ONE POST THAT DAMN PICTURE) then I'm good.

    JR,
    It is absolutely serious. My grandmother used to fix this all the time. Only thing is, I don't know if they used pork or beef. Just ask the guy in the meat department. One thing. Cook the mixture DONE. Don't soft scramble the eggs. If you like the flavor you can also add some diced potatoes, sort of like the omelet at Denny's made with potatoes and sausage or bacon. She used to serve this with homemade biscuits dressed with real butter and apple butter, and sometimes with cream gravy made with bacon or sausage "drippings" (as she called the residue).
