    Campaigning for DA, Michael Untermeyer is pushing for more use of GPS tracking devices on non-violent offenders. To prove they work, he's wearing one and you can track where he is 24/7.

    Fantastic idea.

    The creep in who kidnapped the 11 year old, and bred a family with her in Antioch, Phillip Garrido, he's been wearing one for years.
