    Bingo. Agree with all of this, joe ... regardless of his tax troubles or what he's like off the course, we can relate to Phil when he's playing golf.

    Hey, we've ALL hit horrible drives on the 18th hole to mess up a great round, lose a bet with a buddy, etc. Our stakes are just a li'l lower than Lefty's.

    It's not like Phil is chained to a giant sequoia. If he wants to bail out of California, why hasn't he already done so, instead of whining?

    Tiger moved to Florida the week he turned pro.
