PGATOUR.COM is seeking a freelance Web.com Tour Insider to work as part of the PGA TOUR Digital content team and help grow our coverage of the Web.com Tour on PGATOUR.COM and related social media platforms.

This freelance position requires writing approximately five stories per week:
    • Power Rankings
    • Q&A
    • Insider feature (work with content and communications teams to identify and develop topics)
    • Champion Rewind (format TBD)
    • 0-2 additional news stories as agreed upon with site editors

The position also involves travel to 8-10 Web.com Tour events throughout the season, including the four Web.com Tour Finals events in late September and early October. During these events, the Insider will be asked to provide daily coverage via written stories and social media reporting.

The position is remote; no relocation is required.

Compensation is monthly, with additional payment for tournament coverage. All work-related travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company.

To apply, please send a resume and 2-3 writing samples to kevinprise@pgatourhq.com.

So you'll be an "insider" just not inside enough to get benefits.
