Holy shit. There's an American golfer whose wife isn't blonde.

Yeah, there's no Choke Hill here, but he didn't exactly go out and grab it.

    Good for Dufner.

We've now had 19 different winners in the last 21 majors.

Tiger is officially even with Jack's pace for the first time since Tiger's first major.

Actually, he tied Jack this week with 18.

Oh, sorry. 18 straight majors without winning.

I really think it's more likely that Tiger will end up with 100 PGA Tour wins (he's got like 77 right now) than he will 18 majors. Simple math. There are only 4 majors a year and there is so much balance in golf that it is hard to dominate. As for the regular tour, Tiger can play 20 times a year if the mood strikes him. And he gets chances every year to play courses he really likes: Torrey Pines, Bay Hill, Doral, Memorial, Firestone, etc.

He's still Player of the Year in my book (five victories at really good events), but the majors are problematic.

Ahem. Luckily I found an appropriate picture of myself.

Lee Westwood threw himself a bit of a Twitter tantrum:
