    I got them all.
Most Americans are dumb. The American economy depends upon it.

Okay, I only got 8 but I don't even read newspapers, to be honest. I figure if it's important, they'll interrupt "Law & Order" to let me know. Plus I'm not American. And I beat 70% of the population? That's fucked up.

I got all 11, but I did process of elimination on the British PM rather than knowing off the top of my head.

Missed only one, the PM question, then I remembered that Hayward very recently went to the queen and quit. I am not happy I missed that.

People being disinterested in current events doesn't make them dumb.

(I got 10/11, missed the PM as well).

Got all 11, but I struggled with the depth of oil spill question.

I thought the PM question was rather easy....Tony Hayward just resigned, Merkel is the Chancellor of Germany. That leaves a 50-50 guess on the other two.

Holy crap. I got 11 of 11 and guessed on 5 of them.

That's a good point. There are probably nuclear physicists and biotechnology aces who wouldn't be able to tell you the name of a sitting United States senator.

    HOWEVER ...

I don't think that those kind of people make up the majority of the people taking the quiz and failing.

Oh, 10/11. Zipped through the bailout question thinking, "Stimulus" instead. Dumb mistake.
