He'll need a shovel and some smelling salts to interview Thomas

Long time since I made that trip to Amsterdam and to the Anne Frank House. Part of the impact is the stark quality of how the Franks lived in secrecy. The building does not need a concession stand or rides. You want entertainment? Wrong venue. I came away from the Anne Frank House saddened and stunned by the cramped and stifled way two families tried to survive the Nazi occupation of their homeland. I did not yearn for grins, holographic images or caffeine. PK is entitled to his opinion but this one lacked sensitivity. I hope he doesn't visit Gettysburg and wonder where the "fun" exhibits are.

Perhaps PK can give us a story on how disappointing his visit to Auschwitz was on his return trip home.

And explain how he's sure Brett Favre would have escaped the Nazis had he been sent there.

One of the interesting things about Robben Island is that many of the tour guides were political prisoners there. A lot of remarkable stories from them.

To be clear, there's no period in Dr Pepper, but there is one in Dr. Brown's?

I'm not the first to note that the worst clutch of the gut comes from our acute 2010 knowledge base. Anne wrote in blissful ignorance of the
wholly-debased nature of Hitler's collection of fruits and nuts -- but we
    know better.

As a reader, I can't help but feel that I'd be better served by PK reporting and opining from the Gulf of Mexico.
